Simply Brew

Brewing is about giving leaves and spices the time they need to open up

Brewing Kerala Highlands Chai Blend

Our chai blends are made to bring calm, energy, and comfort. Brewed slowly, they fill the room with aroma and care.

Brew at Home
  1. Bring ¾ cup water to a gentle boil

  2. Add chai leaves and simmer for 2 minutes

  3. Add milk and bring to a soft boil

  4. Lower heat and simmer 2–3 minutes

  5. The longer you let it simmer, the richer the flavour

  6. Strain and pour into your favorite cup

The Secret to Rounded Chai

For the best flavour, mix low-fat milk (3.5%) with high-fat milk (7.5–10%) in a 1:2 ratio. This keeps the chai comforting without heaviness and lets spices bloom naturally.

Brewing Nilgiri Premium Flush

Nilgiri teas are pure and expressive. They do not need milk or long brewing; just a moment of care to open their character.

  1. Boil fresh water in a kettle or vessel

  2. Add your tea leaves to the cup or pot

  3. Pour hot water over the leaves

  4. Let it steep 30 seconds to 1 minute

  5. Strain and sip, slowly

A short steep keeps the tea light and clear. Add time gradually for more depth, not more leaves.
